Not a Consultant Who Advises. A Principal Who Builds.
Oliver Piotrowski founded his first company at 24 with no family capital or inherited network, and grew it into one of the UK's fastest-growing property investment and development groups. Today it spans development investment advisory, a full-service construction company, and an international HNW client base of family offices, institutional investors and sports professionals.
His model is rare. He originates and structures the investment, then designs and builds the finished product through his own team. Investor, developer, and constructor in one.
Through Pinnacle International Advisory, Oliver brings a decade of proven expertise to Europe, Saudi Arabia, and the GCC, advising sovereign entities, family offices, and development organisations on the region's transformation programmes.
